Team members join a business committed to delivering quality and driving a robust food supply network.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Sharjah. The Salesperson will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA clients, by identifying new sales opportunities, conducting customer visits, and presenting product offerings. Daily activities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and contracts within company guidelines, and following up to close deals. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing and product decisions, as well as coordinating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries. The Salesperson will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM or sales tracking tools, and preparing regular sales reports for management.QualificationsDemonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing in a B2B environment.Experience in food trading, FMCG, or related sectors, preferably serving wholesalers, retailers, or HORECA customers.Good organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license preferred. Own car – PreferredRelevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience will be considered.
