Team members join a collaborative environment focused on quality, creativity, and client success.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a versatile salesperson to act as the primary point of contact for Studio Qatar. This role combines client-facing sales with day-to-day administrative coordination. You will handle inbound calls, manage email inquiries, greet walk-in clients, and guide them through our imaging and media solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Present Studio Qatar’s services, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to close sales.Workflow Coordination: Serve as the liaison between clients and production teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.Pipeline & Admin Management: Maintain clean records in our sales/CRM system, manage daily correspondence, and track orders from initial inquiry through to completion.Qualifications & RequirementsStrong Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.Computer & OS Proficiency: Highly skilled in operating computer operating systems (Windows), email platforms, standard office software, and CRM tools.Dual Focus (Sales + Admin): Proven track record in consultative sales combined with strong administrative and coordination skills.Customer-Centric Mindset: Professional, friendly phone etiquette and front-desk demeanor focused on long-term client satisfaction.Industry Experience: Prior experience in media, photography, printing, or creative agency environments is preferred.Location: Based in Doha for an on-site role.
