Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at البستان | Albustan in Khamīs Mushayţ. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, welcoming them, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products and services. Responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, processing sales transactions, handling cash or electronic payments, and issuing receipts accurately. The role also involves maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring stock is replenished, and keeping the sales area clean and organized. The Salesperson will follow company sales processes, meet individual and team sales targets, manage customer inquiries and basic complaints, and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors to support promotions and events is also part of the daily work.Qualifications Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues, including active listening and positive customer service behaviors.Strong sales mindset with basic knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, cross-selling, and closing methods in a retail or similar environment.Comfort working with point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records.Organizational skills to manage multiple customers, maintain orderly displays, and track stock levels during busy periods.Ability to work on-site for extended periods, stand or move throughout the shift, and support physical tasks such as restocking and product arrangement.Reliability and punctuality, with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and respect for company policies and procedures.Basic numeracy and literacy skills; previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.Willingness to learn product information
