£28k base salary + up to 20% sales bonusJob Description Develop direct relationships with key accounts and new customers to grow sales volumes.Manage online platforms such as Sellar, Eebria and BeerflexAnalyse existing sales to identify and anticipate trends and customer demandProvide on-going care with customers including training, events and supportRepresent Black Lodge and assist with events, festivals and promotional activities (including occasional evenings and weekends)Work with the senior team to set sales strategy and growth targetsCore Skills & ExperienceAbility to set out sales strategies to meet growth targets in line with our brand valuesAnalytical skills to interrogate and interpret sales figuresA passion and enthusiasm for beer, with a knowledge of beer styles and the wider industry Attention to detail and an understanding that sometimes it’s the little things that matterAn ability to collaborate and build relationships, using your network within the industry to bring in new ideas and best practiceThe flexibility and willingness to pitch in in all areas of the brewery that is necessary in a small businessAn friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and positively represent the businessExcellent written, listening and verbal communication skillsFull UK driving licence
