This role involves identifying and contacting potential customers, including residential clients, commercial businesses, and construction companies, to promote waste collection, bin rental, and skip hire services. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound sales leads, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Salesperson will maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, follow up on service quality, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure promises made during the sales process are fulfilled. The role also includes tracking sales performance, internal systems, and contributing to sales strategies that increase market presence and revenue.QualificationsStrong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to engage residential, commercial, and industrial customers.Proficiency in sales negotiation, deal closing, and basic pricing calculations, with attention to accuracy and customer value.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.Ability to understand and explain waste management, bin rental, and skip hire services, including basic service types and customer requirements.Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, email, and standard office software to record activities and prepare proposals.Proven ability to work on-site, manage a daily schedule, and visit customer locations as needed within Dubai.Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or waste management is preferred but not mandatory.Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the capacity to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.High level of professionalism, reliability, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.Secondary school diploma or higher; a degree or formal training in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
