The organization values long-term partnerships, responsive service, and continuous improvement in its product portfolio.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson for Medical Instruments role based in Riyadh. The Salesperson will build and manage relationships with hospital stakeholders, including procurement teams, medical staff, and administrators, to promote and sell medical instruments and related products. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, represent the brand professionally, and provide consistent customer service in line with healthcare industry standards.Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Sales, with experience selling medical instruments or related healthcare products.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse hospital stakeholders and build trust.Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy, or relevant healthcare exposure that supports product understanding and clinical discussions.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, including skills in negotiation, presentation, and account management.Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and regulatory considerations in the healthcare sector.Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, science, business, or related field is preferred.Comfort working on-site in Riyadh and visiting hospitals and clinics regularly.Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
