Salon Area Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and support operations across multiple locations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance, coaching top-tier Salon Managers, and fostering high-performance teams of hair Stylists. You'll be the bridge between leadership and the frontline salon teams, ensuring every store delivers exceptional service that we are known for.

What You'll Do

Lead and support multiple salon locations to deliver exceptional results in client experience, stylist development, and operational excellence.Coach, mentor, and develop Salon Managers and their teams of Hair Stylists, building a positive culture rooted in teamwork and growth.Partner with company Leadership to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies that drive success. Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met.Ensure each salon operates at peak performance, from staffing and training to brands standards and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.What We're Looking for:2+ years of multi-unit or multi-salon management experience.2+ years of proven leadership and team coaching experience.Strong understanding of salon operations and the unique needs of Hair Stylists and Salon Managers.Excellent communications, training, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in business systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools.A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between salon locations.Enthusiastic, supportive, and positive leadership Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout salons for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 25 poundsIf you’re a results-driven leader who’s passionate about supporting Hair Stylists, building strong salon teams, and growing a best-in-class brand—this is your next great opportunity.Job Type: Full-time
