Salon Front of House - re:lax Hackney

We have an exciting opportunity to join the re:lax Front of House team at re:lax Hackney.re:lax is an award-winning, natural, cruelty free skincare studio in Hackney and London Bridge.Our waitspace also features our on site skin store, where we retail natural, high performance skincare products and facial tools.Daily responsibilities will include:Meeting and greeting our wonderful clientsSupporting facialists, studio supervisors and Directors throughout the day where neededAnswering client queries via phone and email in a timely mannerTaking payments through a digital till systemOrganising the treatment calendarSupporting with admin for our academy courses where requiredAssisting clients with product queries at our on site skin storeListing available appointments on Instagram storiesThe ideal candidate will have one year of similar relevant experience, an excellent level of written and spoken english and basic numeracy and computing skills. They must be thoroughly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and complete tasks quickly, as well as being able to work independently and as part of a team.This role does involve physical elements, including carrying bags of linens between treatment rooms, taking items up two flights of stairs to our academy space and opening and closing the studio doors.This is a contracted role and candidates must be available to work evenings until 7pm and occasional weekends until 4:30pm and have flexibility to work across both of our studios in Hackney and London Bridge.
