The team specializes in tailored hair care, shaves, and beard trims, providing classic and contemporary looks that enhance client’s confidence.Role Description The Salon Manager at Raula Barbershop oversees daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused experience. This full-time, on-site role based in Colombo includes supervising barbers and staff, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Salon Manager will monitor service quality, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and support marketing and promotional activities to grow the client base. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing cash handling and reporting, and supporting hiring, onboarding, and training to uphold Raula Barbershop’s service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field and capacityCandidates should possess proven customer service abilities, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and professional conduct.Candidates should possess experience in hiring and team supervision, including coaching, performance management, and scheduling.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior salon or barbershop management experience, basic budgeting and inventory management skills, and familiarity with appointment booking systems.A relevant certification or qualification in cosmetology or salon management is an advantage.
