Company Description Chalk Salon L.L.CRole Description The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, includes supervising salon staff, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling inventory and supplies. The Salon Manager will support and coach team members, oversee hiring and onboarding, and help implement promotions and campaigns in coordination with the wider brand strategy. The role also involves addressing client feedback, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring the salon environment aligns with the company’s quality and customer experience expectations.Requirements -Ensure every service and client experience meets CHALK's standards, consistently.-Be the driving force behind client experience, retention, and loyalty.-Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team day to day.-Build the right team.-Drive growth initiatives, including scouting and opening new branches and franchise locations.
