With 4,400 consultants in Japan, and 3,100 in overseas offices concentrated in Asia, our 7,500 consultants and global alliance partners provide truly comprehensive services.About the TeamThe Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner.  The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.ResponsibilitiesAs ABAP Developer/consultant, you will be working with our client(s) cross-functional teams, IT development team and business users at the consulting levelDesign, configuration, design, development and customization using SAP ABAP; Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to standardize, improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and securityWork closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality; to set team’s target delivery dates and ensure the delivery on-timeMonitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementationManage the complex developments by her/himself or guide the respective developer to achieve the delivery.Train and transfer knowledge to other team membersRecognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and is thorough in testing solutions before implementing to avoid reworksResponsible for technical design solution prior implementation of projects or change requestsResponsible for technical implementation quality and ensuring quality to minimum rework after deploymentLeverage on thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirementsRequirementsMust have over 4-5 years of SAP ABAP working experienceMust have more than 4-5 years working in a technical team for project deliveryMust have at least 3-5 years in consulting environment as Technical DeveloperHave experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANAHave in-depth knowledge of RAP.Have a strong understanding of Clean Core and the ability to perform tasks using ABAP Cloud.Highly preferred technical ABAP developer with Java, Node JS, XSJS hands on experienceDemonstrates proficiency and expertise in programming using ABAP Objects in developing classes, interactive reports, dialog transactions, enhancements, interfaces and conversions as required by business using BADIs, BAPI’s and dialog programsStrong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments and usage of AMDPs and CDS view creationWorks with SAP development tools and technologiesProvide information/advice to team regarding best practices, industry trends, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and toolsKeep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teamsExperience in working in a consulting environment is preferredPreferred current base in Singapore and able to work full time onsiteWhy Join UsAt ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
