The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations and building scalable applications using modern ABAP technologies like CDS and OData services.Key Responsibilities🔹 Application DevelopmentDesign, build, and enhance applications using ABAP RAP (Managed/Unmanaged scenarios)Develop and maintain CDS views, behavior definitions, and service bindingsBuild and expose OData services (V2/V4)🔹 S/4HANA DevelopmentDevelop HANA-optimized code using code pushdown techniquesWork with APIs, enhancements, and extensibility frameworksBuild solutions aligned with Clean Core principles🔹 Project ExecutionParticipate in end-to-end SAP implementations, including:Requirement analysisTechnical design & developmentUnit testing and integration testingUAT and go-live support🔹 Integration & EnhancementsWork with enhancements (BAdIs, user exits)Integrate SAP with internal and external systems via APIs/servicesSupport UI integration with Fiori/UI5 or Fiori Elements🔹 Quality & DocumentationFollow coding standards and ensure ATC compliancePerform unit testing and debuggingPrepare technical design documents and functional specsRequired Skills & Qualifications✅ Technical SkillsStrong experience in ABAP (OO ABAP mandatory)Hands-on experience with:RAP (ABAP RESTful Programming Model)CDS Views (associations, annotations)OData servicesExperience in SAP S/4HANA development✅ SAP Development ExperienceExperience in:Enhancements (BAdIs, exits)Reports, interfaces, forms (RICEF objects)Debugging and performance tuningExposure to AMDP / HANA concepts (preferred)✅ Implementation ExperienceAt least 1–3 end-to-end SAP implementationsExperience working in Agile or Waterfall environmentsExperience Differentiation🔹 Consultant (5–7 Years)Strong hands-on development experienceAbility to independently deliver technical objectsBasic RAP project exposure🔹 Senior Consultant (8–10 Years)Deep expertise in RAP and CDS-based developmentAbility to design technical solutionsExperience in mentoring junior team membersExposure to leading modules or workstreamsGood to Have SkillsSAP Fiori / UI5 or Fiori ElementsSAP BTP exposureGit-enabled ABAP (gCTS)Integration via REST/SOAP servicesKnowledge of CAP model (basic awareness)Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
