Pansoft’s culture is driven by passion, persistence, and perseverance in delivering impactful technology solutions.Role Description The SAP ACM/DM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Advanced Contract Management (ACM) and Data Management (DM) solutions for enterprise clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map business processes, and translate them into effective SAP configurations and enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting system analysis, managing master data, performing gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment activities. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user training, and offer ongoing production support to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement. The role also includes documenting solutions, recommending best practices, and contributing to overall SAP FICO and ACM/DM optimization initiatives.The SAP Deposit Management Expert is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of SAP Banking solutions covering Deposits Management and Loans Management. The role involves overseeing the implementation and optimization of customer account and lending products, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational accuracy, and full lifecycle support for banking operations. This role requires expertise in SAP Banking Services (formerly BS 7.x), with a strong understanding of financial products, account structures, repayment plans, interest, and fee handling, as well as integration with financial accounting. Direct engagement with banking clients is expected to gather requirements, map product behavior, and support production and audit-readiness. Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of SAP Deposits and Loans modules (SAP DM and SAP CML)Design and configure customer account structures, loan contracts, payment schedules, and settlement rulesDefine interest calculation methods, charges, conditions, and payment flowsManage integration with FI-GL, BCA, TRM, and collateral managementCoordinate technical teams for posting logic, mass runs, and batch processingOversee regulatory and business reporting readiness (e.g., IFRS9, Basel compliance)Conduct workshops, define blueprint documents, and validate functional specsEnsure data migration and account conversion strategy is robust and audit-compliantLead UAT, system validation, and cutover planningProvide go-live support, post-implementation tuning, and ongoing issue resolution Required Qualifications & Skills Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, or related fieldSAP Certification in Banking Services (Deposits or Loans Management) preferredProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plusIndustry certifications in banking, lending, or risk are beneficial Experience8–12 years of SAP Core Banking experience, including at least 5 years in Deposits or LoansStrong experience in commercial or retail banking projects involving SAP DM or CMLProven involvement in design, testing, and support of account lifecycle management processesAt least 5 years of experience in the Banking sector Technical & Functional SkillsExpertise in deposits Management: Product definition, condition groups, account lifecycle eventsLoans Management (CML): Contract setup, payment schedules, interest calculation, prepaymentIntegration knowledge with BCA, GL, TRM, and collateral managementFamiliarity with posting controls, events, and SAP banking-specific mass activitiesUnderstanding of financial accounting postings, valuation, and interest accrualsExposure to regulatory frameworks (IFRS9, BCBS, AML/KYC) as relevant to account and loan handlingAbility to define and validate functional specifications for extensions Soft SkillsStrong communication skills with business and technical stakeholdersLeadership and mentoring capability within functional teamsAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solvingDocumentation and process mapping disciplineAbility to manage complex banking requirements under tight timelinesClient-facing mindset with focus on delivery quality and compliance Work Environment & ConditionsConsulting environment supporting large-scale banking transformation programsTravel may be required within the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaCollaboration with international banking, finance, and technical teamsInvolvement in regulatory audits, compliance checks, and internal controlsParticipation in requirement gathering, testing cycles, and go-live planningContinuous learning via SAP certifications and regulatory updatesRole requires precision, accountability, and deep understanding of banking operations
