SAP Administrator ( SuccessFactors )

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator & Configuration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience to manage, configure, maintain, and optimize the organization's SuccessFactors environment. The role will be responsible for system administration, configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, integration support, reporting, and user support across various SuccessFactors modules.The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the SAP SuccessFactors platform effectively supports business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & ConfigurationAdminister and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment.Configure and support SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.Manage system setup, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, role-based permissions (RBP), and data security.Configure employee data fields, organizational structures, approval workflows, and forms.Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes.Ensure system configurations align with HR policies and business requirements.Module ManagementProvide administration and configuration support for one or more of the following modules:Employee Central (EC)Performance & GoalsRecruiting Management (RCM)Onboarding 2.0CompensationSuccession & DevelopmentLearning Management System (LMS)Career Development Planning (CDP)Time ManagementSystem Enhancements & ProjectsParticipate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.Analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions.Support release management activities and quarterly SAP SuccessFactors updates.Conduct impact assessments and regression testing following system changes.Security & ComplianceManage Role-Based Permissions (RBP).Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and data privacy regulations.Conduct regular audits of system access and security controls.Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of employee records.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain SAP SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.Create ad-hoc reports and workforce analytics.Support management reporting and HR metrics requirements.Ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data.Integration & Data ManagementSupport system integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications.Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces.Perform mass data uploads and data maintenance activities.Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.User Support & TrainingProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support to HR users and employees.Investigate and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.

Qualifications

EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Administration and Configuration experience.Experience supporting at least 3 or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.Experience with HRIS implementations, enhancements, and support projects.Experience in multinational organizations is an advantage.
