Job Description – ABAPLocation: IndiaExperience: 5–8 YearsLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad / PuneRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP WRICEF Support Developer to provide Develop & Support for SAP S/4HANA. Having experience in WRICEF objects, including Enhancements, Reports, Forms, Workflow, CDS Views, and custom logic.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop WRICEFProvide Level 2/Level 3 production support for SAP WRICEF objects.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to custom developments and enhancements.Develop and implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.Support custom Reports, CDS Views, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Fiori-related forms.Develop and enhance BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and custom ABAP objects.Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions for recurring production issues.Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Coordinate with Integration and Basis teams during deployments and issue resolution.Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and knowledge articles.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, regression testing, and production deployments.Ensure compliance with coding standards, SLAs, and quality guidelines.Support global business users during business hours and participate in on-call support for critical production issues.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.Strong expertise in:Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework)Custom ABAP DevelopmentReports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)CDS ViewsAdobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP ScriptsWorkflow and Flexible WorkflowFiori-related backend developmentsExperience in SAP S/4HANA AMS or Production Support.Strong debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills.Good understanding of SAP functional modules including O2C, Finance, MM/P2P, SCM, and IBP.Experience in transport management and production deployment activities.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Build Process Automation (BPA).Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.SAP ABAP certification is an added advantage.Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Customer-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple support tickets and priorities.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced AMS supportIf you are interested, please share your updated profile in the below format to:Girija.basavaraj@gyansys.com
