SAP B1 Junior Functional Consultant

We are looking for a practical, problem-solving SAP B1 Junior Functional Consultant to join our consulting team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the main technical and functional point of contact for our clients, helping them solve daily system errors, create reports, and keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. Since we manage a diverse portfolio of clients, you will work actively across both MS SQL Server and SAP HANA environments, making this a great opportunity to expand your ERP consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve daily client support tickets regarding system errors, user access issues, and everyday questions in core SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance).Write and modify SQL queries and SAP HANA scripts to look up data, fix stuck transactions, and handle backend database cleanup.Create and customize user reports, printing layouts, and interactive client dashboards using Crystal Reports and built-in SAP query tools.Assist in setting up, troubleshooting, and supporting industry-specific add-ons and custom software extensions used by our clients.Work closely with client teams to gather requirements for system changes, help test the software during upgrades, and provide basic system training to end-users.Keep a clear, written record of recurring technical issues, client setups, and standard solutions so the team can solve future problems faster.Diagnose issues as far as you can, and clearly hand over highly complex database bugs or custom code issues to senior developers when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.2 to 3 years of practical experience supporting users in an SAP Business One environment.Good working knowledge of both MS SQL Server and SAP HANA Studio, including the ability to write scripts, views, and basic stored procedures.A clear understanding of how everyday business workflows run inside an ERP (how a sale, a purchase order, or an inventory count impacts the ledger).Practical exposure to working with SAP B1 industry add-ons and data loading utilities like the Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).A patient approach to handling client queries, clear communication skills, and the ability to find practical technical solutions to everyday problems. Proficiency in understanding spoken Arabic is preferred.
