Role Name: S/4 HANA Data AnalystLocation: Singapore (5 days onsite)Employment Type: 12-month contractJob DescriptionS/4HANA Project & Data Analyst (Contract) who can bridge business, SAP, data, and IT teams. This is particularly important for FG because a significant portion of the work involves understanding data flows, label logic, business processes, and SAP custom developments.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented contractor to support S/4HANA transformation program and Finished Goods (FG) business operations. The role will support project management activities, data validation, process analysis, system testing, and SAP troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment and stabilization of S/4 solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with Business Process Owners, FG Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT Development, and Deloitte project teams to support business readiness, data integrity, process governance, and issue resolution.A key aspect of the role is the ability to analyze SAP technical logic, including ABAP programs, SAP tables, and label-printing programs, to trace data sources and explain how information is derived and displayed in business transactions, reports, and shipping labels.Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA Project SupportSupport project managers and business leads in S/4HANA implementation, migration, testing, and deployment activities.Track project deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.Coordinate meetings, workshops, UAT activities, defect management, and deployment readiness reviews.Support cutover planning and business readiness activities.Prepare executive updates, project status reports, and stakeholder communications.Data Validation & AnalysisPerform data validation between SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, reporting tools, and business outputs.Analyze master data, transactional data, and interfaces to identify discrepancies and root causes.Validate inventory, order, shipment, and batch-related data to ensure business process integrity.Support data cleansing and data-quality improvement initiatives.SAP Functional & Technical AnalysisAnalyze SAP processes related to Finished Goods, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Labeling, and Inventory Management.Support troubleshooting of SAP transactions, reports, interfaces, and batch-processing jobs.Review functional specifications and collaborate with IT on enhancement requests and defect resolution.Support root-cause investigations for system and process issues.SAP Label & Data Source ManagementTrace and document the source of information displayed on FG labels, shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, and customer-specific labels.Review SAP configuration, custom designs, and process impacts.Maintain audit-ready documentation for project and operational activities.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related discipline.3-8 years of experience in SAP projects, business analysis, supply chain systems, or ERP implementations.Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with large datasets and data validation activities.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, planning, or finished goods operations.Familiarity with SAP modules such as: SD (Sales & Distribution)MM (Materials Management)WM/EWMPPQMUnderstanding of SAP tables, data structures, and custom developments.Ability to read and interpret ABAP code to understand business logic and data derivation (advantage, preferred)Experience performing root-cause analysis of SAP transactions, reports, interfaces, and label-printing programs.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or other reporting tools.Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment activities.Key
