The role focuses on supporting SAP-based subscription lifecycle processes, including order entry, billing, and contract management, as well as analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes.The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The role also involves supporting SAP implementation and integration initiatives, Agile product delivery, UAT, and continuous process improvement.Must-have RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP environmentsStrong knowledge of SAP business processes and application landscapesGood understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FI/COExperience with requirements engineering, including business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaExperience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processesExperience with SAP implementation and data migration projectsPractical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or KanbanProficiency with Jira and ConfluenceResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementSupport subscription lifecycle processes in SAP, including order entry, billing, and contract managementElicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirementsFacilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessionsAnalyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvementCreate process flows, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport the design of SAP solutions aligned with business objectivesAgile Product DeliveryCollaborate with Product Owners and Agile development teamsManage and refine epics, features, user stories, and backlog itemsParticipate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport prioritization based on business value and strategic objectivesContribute to release planning and deployment activitiesStakeholder ManagementAct as a key contact for business stakeholders throughout the requirements lifecycleFacilitate communication between business and technical teamsManage requirement changes and maintain alignment across stakeholdersPresent solution concepts, impacts, and recommendations to different audiencesBuild strong relationships with business partners and delivery teamsTesting & Quality AssuranceDefine acceptance criteria and support test planningCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate delivered functionality against business requirementsSupport defect analysis and resolutionEnsure solutions meet quality and business expectations before releaseContinuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities to improve SAP-supported business processesDrive standardization, automation, and process optimizationSupport effective escalation and de-escalation of issues and help stakeholders reach constructive solutions.Help teams establish and work towards clear goals, improving alignment and accountability.Support cultural transformation and promote a collaborative, transparent, and continuous-improvement mindset.Contact: weronika.mazurek@seargin.comDiscover the Power of IT Excellence.
