Oriental Group is committed to excellence, enhancing client and customer experiences, and building long-term success.Role Description The SAP Business One Techno Functional Consultant will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting SAP Business One modules to meet Oriental Group’s business needs. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves analyzing business processes, translating requirements into system configurations, and developing customizations, reports, and integrations. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, sales, and IT, to streamline operations and improve data accuracy. Daily activities include troubleshooting system issues, managing upgrades, ensuring data integrity, and training end users on SAP Business One functionalities and best practices. The role also includes documenting configurations, maintaining technical and functional specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Qualifications Strong SAP Business One functional skills, including configuration, module setup (e.g., finance, inventory, sales, purchasing), and end-to-end process mapping.Technical proficiency in SAP Business One development tools, such as SQL queries, Crystal Reports, add-on development, and system integrations via APIs.Experience in business process analysis and solution design, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or travel retail environments.Ability to manage system support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and coordination with external vendors or implementation partners.Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, and inventory management concepts and how they translate into ERP workflows.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP Business One certifications are an advantage.Previous experience as a SAP Business One Consultant or similar techno-functional ERP role, ideally in a multinational or multi-country setup.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
