The driving force behind that work, our people, are diverse, creative, and passionate, raising the bar for excellence on a regular basis.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade SAP data warehousing and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SAP BW technologies, SAP HANA modeling, and data integration, combined with proven leadership capabilities in managing global delivery teams and engaging with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW on HANA solutions.Develop and optimize enterprise data models using SAP BW and SAP HANA technologies.Design and implement data acquisition and replication processes using SAP SLT, including real-time and delta replication scenarios.Build and maintain CDS Views and integrate them with SAP BW/HANA reporting and analytics solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Drive performance optimization initiatives for data loads, transformations, and analytical queries.Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore delivery teams.Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and governance processes.Support solution delivery across complex SAP landscapes with large data volumes and multiple integration points.Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP analytics capabilities.Required QualificationsCore SAP Skills10+ years of experience in SAP BW development and architecture.Strong hands-on experience leading SAP BW delivery teams and projects.Deep expertise in:SAP BW on HANASAP BW/4HANANative SAP HANA ModelingSQL Script DevelopmentSAP SLT Replication (Real-Time and Delta Replication)Strong experience with CDS Views and SAP BW-HANA integration scenarios.Technical CompetenciesAdvanced SAP BW modeling experience, including:ADSOs (Advanced DataStore Objects)Composite ProvidersOpen ODS ViewsStrong ABAP development knowledge for BW transformations, routines, and enhancements.Experience in performance tuning and optimization of:Data extraction and loading processesBW transformationsAnalytical and reporting queriesHands-on experience working within complex SAP environments and large-scale enterprise data landscapes.Functional KnowledgeStrong understanding of at least one SAP functional domain:Finance (FI/CO)Sales and Distribution (SD)Materials Management (MM)Supply Chain ManagementAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP BW solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP reporting solutions.SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA certifications.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Background in enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics transformation programs.What do we offer?25 holiday days per year.1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform.Life Insurance cover.The employees working on bank holidays will be benefitting either of a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.Reimbursement for eyeglasses – max 1500 RON to be claimed every 3 years.Childbirth allowance of 7000 RON after 1 year in HCLTech.Internal trainings and certifications.*HCLTech is committed to protecting and securing the privacy and confidentiality of the Personal Data which it collects directly or indirectly from you when applying for a job at HCLTech either directly or through a third-party human resources agency.
