SAP C4C Consultant

You will work across functional and technical stakeholders to support solution design, system improvement, and operational continuity, contributing to projects that require both strong consulting judgment and hands-on platform knowledge.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutionsConfigure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processesSupport SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilitiesSupport integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systemsCollaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirementsTroubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issuesDeliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releasesParticipate in UAT activities and support defect resolutionPrepare functional documentation and support knowledge transferCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignmentRequirementsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting, including work on large-scale enterprise SAP projectsHands-on experience with SAP C4C, including configuration, workflows, and enhancementsHands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service CloudStrong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processesExperience gathering and analyzing business requirements, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholdersExperience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production supportVery good command of EnglishPreferred QualificationsExposure to SAP integration technologies and APIsExperience working in retail, FMCG, or other large customer-facing organizationsExperience working with international stakeholdersBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
