SAP CO Consultant

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling and SAP S/4HANA implementations/rollouts. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders, along with solid experience in cross-module integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP. Experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations and working in an Agile delivery environment is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including greenfield implementations.Configure and support SAP CO modules based on business requirements.Work extensively on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.Conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.Support integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Required Skills & Experience8 years of SAP CO consulting experience.Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.Strong exposure to Greenfield implementation methodology.Excellent knowledge of:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Product CostingInternal OrdersStrong understanding of FI-CO integration.Experience integrating CO processes with MM, SD, and PP.Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and financial controlling concepts.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
