SAP Co Consultant

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join a high-priority SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project.You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Controlling solutions in line with business requirements and S/4HANA best practices. This is a hands-on functional consulting role involving close cooperation with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical specialists.The project is looking for someone who can start ASAP, ideally immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to management accounting and controllingDesign and configure SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutionsWork with core SAP CO functionalities including:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Internal OrdersProduct Costing (PC)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis)Participate in fit-gap workshops and solution design sessionsSupport integration between SAP CO/FI and logistics modules including MM, PP, and SDPrepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on developments and enhancementsSupport data migration validation and testing activitiesParticipate in SIT/UAT, defect analysis, and resolutionSupport cutover and deployment activitiesPrepare functional documentation and support end-user trainingProvide post-go-live and hypercare supportEnsure solutions follow SAP S/4HANA standard processes and project governanceRequirementsProven hands-on experience as an SAP CO ConsultantExperience with SAP implementation projectsStrong understanding of controlling and management accounting processesPractical experience configuring SAP CO in an S/4HANA environmentGood knowledge of FI/CO integration with logistics modulesExperience with SAP CO areas such as CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, PCA, and CO-PA/Margin AnalysisExperience with Greenfield implementation methodology is highly desirableUnderstanding of the full SAP implementation lifecycleExperience supporting testing, issue analysis, data migration validation, and documentationAbility to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently within an international project environmentProject DetailsPosition: SAP CO ConsultantProject: SAP S/4HANA Greenfield ImplementationStart: ASAP - ideally immediatelyDuration: Until January 2027, with a high possibility of extensionLocation: RemoteTravel: Occasional travel to Budapest, HungaryRate: Up to €50/hourWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a high-priority SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformationHands-on involvement across the full implementation lifecycleRemote working with only occasional travelPotential for long-term cooperation and project extensionCollaboration with experienced SAP and business teamsOpportunity to work with modern S/4HANA Controlling processes and best practices
