The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes, SAP PM/MM/SD, and experience supporting complex maintenance operations within SAP ECC environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document end-to-end MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) business processes.Lead requirements gathering sessions with maintenance, operations, procurement, supply chain, and inventory teams.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and solution designs.Drive process improvements across maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control.Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW developments and system enhancements.Support SAP ECC implementation, enhancements, and production support activities.Coordinate integration between SAP and third-party maintenance systems.Develop functional documentation, training materials, and support organizational change management.Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption.Required Skills & Experience11+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (12+ years preferred).Strong understanding of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes and industry best practices.Hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) related to MRO operations.Expertise in:Maintenance planningSpare parts managementProcurement processesInventory managementExperience gathering business requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.Knowledge of RICEFW objects and collaboration with ABAP development teams.Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications.Hands-on experience with SAP ECC implementation and support projects.Experience with iMRO or similar MRO optimization platforms is highly preferred.Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
