Role: SAP S/4HANA PTP (MM) ConsultantLocation: Houston, TX (Hybrid) – Local Candidates OnlyDuration: 12+ MonthsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PTP (MM) Consultant with 13–20 years of experience to lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing experience, SAP MM expertise, and experience leading offshore/onshore teams.Required Skills13–20 years of SAP experience.8–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM, P2P, and Inventory Management.Strong integration experience with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP.Experience with RICEFW objects and working with ABAP teams.Strong Procurement & Supply Chain domain knowledge.Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori for MM and Procurement.Working knowledge of SAP PM and SAP PS/EPPM.SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Certification (Mandatory).Nice to HaveEnergy/Oil & Gas industry experience.Knowledge of SAP PM and EPPM/PS.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA MM P2P and Inventory Management implementations.Configure procurement processes including PR, PO, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Subcontracting, and Inventory Management.Manage MM integration with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP.Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams.Lead testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.Conduct client workshops, provide functional guidance, and drive SAP Fiori adoption.Mentor offshore/onshore teams and ensure successful project delivery.
