OverviewStarting a large-scale greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and is seeking three experienced SAP Data Migration professionals to support the transformation.These resources will work alongside company business/IT stakeholders and the implementation partner to help define and execute the data migration/conversion strategy from legacy environments into S/4HANA.The exact seniority of the positions is still being finalized and may range from senior hands-on Data Migration Consultants/Developers to Data Migration Leads, depending on the final division of responsibilities with the implementation partner.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport/lead data migration and conversion activities for a greenfield S/4HANA implementationParticipate in the early blueprint/design phase and help define the approach for moving legacy data into the future-state S/4 environmentAnalyze legacy and S/4 data structures and define source-to-target mappingsPartner with functional and business stakeholders to understand data requirementsDefine/support data cleansing, transformation, mapping and validation requirementsSupport migration design through mock conversions, testing, reconciliation, cutover and ultimately go-liveIdentify data quality issues and work with business/technical teams toward resolutionWork closely with the implementation partner while representing company requirements and interestsCommunicate technical data concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical/business stakeholdersDepending on seniority, independently own a portion of the data migration workstream and drive decisions across teamsMust-HavesSAP S/4HANA implementation experienceGreenfield S/4 implementation experienceHands-on experience with SAP data migration/data conversionStrong understanding of SAP/S/4 data structuresExperience with source-to-target mapping, transformation, cleansing and validation/reconciliationAbility to work across both technical and functional/business teamsStrong communication skills; must be comfortable working directly with business leadersAble to operate independently in a large, complex implementation environmentHouston-based preferred OR willing/able to travel to Houston frequentlyPreferred10+ years of SAP/data experienceMultiple end-to-end SAP implementationsExperience participating in an S/4 implementation from blueprint/design through go-livePrevious experience leading a data migration/conversion workstreamExperience working alongside a major systems integrator/consulting partnerUtility/energy industry experienceFunctional/domain experience within Finance, Supply Chain and/or EAM
