Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery: Lead and execute SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) system implementation, module configuration, and go-live support in Taiwan to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with local business teams and clients to gather, analyze, and refine business processes, translating them into optimal SAP ByD solutions and optimization plans.System Customization & Integration: Collaborate with development teams for secondary development (SDK), API/Web Services integration, and customized reporting (Analytics/KPIs).Maintenance & Support: Provide post-implementation support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain high system stability.Training & Documentation: Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and user guides; conduct system training for key users.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business ByDesign implementation or support, with strong expertise in core modules such as Financials (FI/CO), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Procurement.
Technical Skills
Proficient in SAP ByD configuration and workflow setup.Experience with SAP ByD SDK development or system integration (RESTful API, OData) is highly preferred.Familiarity with SAP Cloud Application Studio is a plus.Location & Travel: Based in Taiwan (or willing to travel/be stationed on-site in Taiwan according to project demands).Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client requirements independently and work collaboratively in teams.Languages: Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English (reading/writing for technical documentation and system navigation).
