SAP Consultant - CO

Job Purpose:We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with strong expertise in Marginal Analysis and Product Costing, along with working knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).Key Roles and Responsibilities:Lead SAP Controlling (CO) design, configuration, implementation, and support activities.Support and enhance SAP CO processes including:1)Product Costing (CO-PC)2)Actual Costing/Material Ledger3)Marginal Analysis & Segmental ReportingWork closely with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver SAP best practices.Participate in SAP S/4HANA enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.Support SAP PS and SAP RAR business requirements and integrations.Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, change requests, testing, documentation, and end-user training.Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams.Contribute to AI-enabled business process improvements and automation initiatives.Education Qualification and Experience:10+ years of hands-on SAP CO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation projects.Strong expertise in:SAP CO-PC (Product Costing)Material Ledger & Actual CostingMarginal Analysis & Segmental Reporting2–3 years of working experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Knowledge of Report Painter/Writer, LTMC, and basic ABAP debugging is desirable.Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Master’s degree in management accounting or finance.Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or other relevant finance or SAP certifications will be an added advantage.Additional Skills – AI, Automation & Digital TransformationGood understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and their application in finance and business process automation.Exposure to AI-powered SAP capabilities, including SAP Business AI, Joule, and intelligent automation solutions within the SAP ecosystem.Knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation (SAP BPA), SAP BTP, SAP Build Apps, or similar low-code/no-code automation platforms will be an advantage.Ability to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, user productivity, and business decision-making.Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
