The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, configure enterprise solutions, improve business processes, and ensure ERP systems deliver reliable and scalable business value.🎯 Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP and Oracle ERP solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, challenges, and system requirements.
Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, and optimization projects.
Configure and customize SAP or Oracle modules according to approved business requirements.
Support functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, or other relevant business functions.
Conduct business-process analysis and identify opportunities for ERP process improvement.
Prepare functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, and solution documentation.
Work closely with technical developers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Design and review system configurations, workflows, reports, interfaces, and business processes.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, expected results, and defect reports.
Investigate system issues and coordinate troubleshooting with technical and functional teams.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend effective solutions for recurring ERP problems.
Support data migration, data validation, master-data management, and system conversion activities.
Coordinate system integrations between SAP, Oracle, third-party applications, databases, and other enterprise platforms.
Support API, middleware, EDI, web-service, and other integration requirements where applicable.
Develop or support reports, dashboards, workflows, interfaces, and system enhancements.
Monitor system performance, reliability, data integrity, and business-process effectiveness.
Provide production support and resolve incidents according to agreed service levels.
Manage system changes, enhancements, patches, upgrades, and release activities.
Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documents.
Conduct user training, workshops, demonstrations, and system walkthroughs.
Support ERP upgrades, version migrations, cloud transformation, and digitalization initiatives.
Ensure ERP solutions comply with internal controls, security policies, audit requirements, and relevant regulations.
Maintain strong communication with project managers, business users, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Evaluate new SAP and Oracle capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an SAP Consultant, Oracle Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar enterprise-systems role.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation, configuration, support, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle enterprise applications and relevant functional modules.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or related platforms is an advantage.
Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise application workflows.
Experience gathering requirements and converting business needs into functional specifications.
Experience with ERP configuration, customization, testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, middleware, system interfaces, and enterprise integration concepts.
Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, or other project and service-management methodologies.
Experience working with system-development or project-management tools.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business users.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, issues, and priorities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of ERP security, access controls, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
SAP, Oracle, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications are highly advantageous.
