Responsible for gathering requirements from global business partners and being a bridge between business side and developers in the IT department using business analysis methodologiesConsulting and improving business processes regarding business needs with value-added new technologiesPlanning & designing business process tests and usability evaluationsBeing responsible for key user and end-user trainingSupport the business users in solving the problem regarding the ERP systemSuggest the solutions according to the ERP system according to the business requirementCoordinate with all related parties both internal and externalDocumentation management such as Functional Spec, Blueprint, Change request managementOther duties as assignedThe position is an onsite position based in Bang Na, Thailand.How do we describe a perfect match?Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fieldsMinimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP, focusing on either SD, FI, CO, TM, or MM modules in both deployment and user supportStrong hands-on experience in SAP configuration and process designProven ability to support end-users effectively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in both implementation and support phases of ERP projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for regional collaborationWillingness to travel occasionally within Thailand and within APAC regionWe are an equal-opportunity employer.
