More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork:Dubai-HybridExp:15+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant responsible for planning, designing, executing, and validating data migration activities for SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and system migration projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP ECC/S/4HANA.Analyze legacy data sources and define data migration strategies, scope, and approach.Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.Work closely with functional teams to understand SAP business objects and data requirements.Develop and maintain data mapping specifications between legacy and SAP systems.Perform data profiling and identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing data, and data quality issues.Design and execute data migration cycles including Mock Loads, SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live.Support migration of master and transactional data such as:Customer / Vendor / Business PartnerMaterial MasterFinance master and transactional dataAsset MasterBOM, Routing and Work CentersPurchase Orders and Sales OrdersInventory and open transactionsProduction and logistics dataUse SAP migration tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, BAPI, IDoc, and SAP Data Services, depending on the project.Develop transformation rules and ensure data complies with SAP target-system structures and business rules.Coordinate with functional consultants to resolve data validation and reconciliation issues.Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.Prepare migration templates, mapping documents, transformation rules, validation reports, and migration runbooks.Support cutover planning and execution, including final data extraction and production migration.Troubleshoot migration errors and coordinate with technical and functional teams for resolution.Ensure data migration activities comply with project quality, security, audit, and governance standards.Provide status reports, migration metrics, issue logs, and risk updates to project stakeholders.Required Technical SkillsStrong experience in SAP Data Migration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.Good understanding of SAP master data and transactional data structures.Hands-on experience with one or more:SAP S/4HANA Migration CockpitSAP Data Services (BODS)LSMWBAPI / RFCIDocABAP-based data extraction/transformationStrong knowledge of ETL concepts and data transformation.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Understanding of SAP integration technologies and interfaces.Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality management.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models is preferred.Functional KnowledgeExperience in one or more SAP modules is preferred:SAP FI/COSAP MMSAP SDSAP PPSAP WM/EWMSAP PMSAP PSGood to HaveExperience in SAP S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition projects.Experience with SAP Activate methodology.Knowledge of MDG and Master Data Governance.Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / BTP.Experience with data migration from non-SAP legacy applications.Experience handling large-volume data migration.Strong understanding of SAP cutover and Go-Live processes.Experience10+ years of overall SAP experience, with 7+ years of hands-on SAP Data Migration experience.
