SAP Data Migration Lead

Position: SAP Data Migration LeadRole type: PermanentLocation: Dubai, UAE – On-siteJob Overview:The SAP Data Migration Lead will take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from legacy Oracle EBS schemas into SAP S/4HANA. This role requires technical depth in database extraction and data cleansing, as well as functional understanding to map legacy structures into SAP master and transactional data objects. Key requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Migration roles.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA data migration.Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, including understanding of Oracle EBS FIN, SCM, and HCM data structures.Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP BODS or equivalent data migration/transformation tools.Experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.Experience managing mock loads, cutover loads and migration readiness.Ability to work closely with Oracle DBAs, internal technical teams, business stakeholders and the System Integrator's data migration team.Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data ownership, validation and business sign-off.
