Hiring: Delivery Manager – SAP Basis / PI / EDILocation: Mohali, IndiaFunction: SAP Delivery & Technical ManagementRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience and a strong foundation in SAP Basis, PI/PO and EDI, along with hands-on experience in SAP CPI and exposure to SAP BTP.The individual will be responsible for leading SAP technical delivery and operations, managing a team of 12–15 members, supporting the existing SAP landscape and driving technology transformation initiatives, including the transition from SAP PI to CPI and the organisation's future move towards RISE with SAP.The role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, delivery leadership and the ability to independently manage and support SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP Basis, PI/PO and EDI technical delivery and operations, managing a team of 12–15 members, including external resources.Manage SAP Basis administration across SAP ERP, SAP BW and related SAP applications.Drive SAP system administration, performance optimisation, troubleshooting, upgrades, system copies and production support.Bring hands-on experience in SAP CPI and support the transition from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI.Work with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector, supporting integration and connectivity requirements.Support SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA conversion, upgrade and migration initiatives.Contribute to the organisation's roadmap towards RISE with SAP, including platform migration strategy and technical transformation initiatives.Manage HANA and Oracle database administration, OS/DB migrations and cloud migration projects.Oversee technical delivery governance, stakeholder communication, service SLAs, incident management and team performance.Mentor and guide L2/L3 support teams, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.Desired Experience & SkillsTechnology / Computer Science graduate with 15+ years of SAP Basis / PI / EDI experience.Strong hands-on SAP Basis technical foundation and experience in SAP ERP and SAP BW environments.Experience leading teams of 15+ members, with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), preferably with PI-to-CPI migration exposure.Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Connector.Experience with SAP PI/PO, EDI and SAP ABAP / Java environments.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA conversion, upgrade and migration projects.Experience supporting SAP environments on HANA and Oracle databases across UNIX platforms.Understanding of RISE with SAP, cloud platform migration and transformation roadmaps.Experience in OS/DB and cloud migrations, preferably across 2–3 projects.Strong delivery management, stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.SAP Basis certification preferred.Interested candidates can share their updated profiles along with relevant details for consideration.
