SAP Developer - ABAP and CPI

SAP Developer-ABAP and CPIUK Remote Permanent Employment | up to £70,000We’re supporting a global start-up, backed by a major manufacturing group, currently rolling out S/4HANA across multiple international sites.They’re looking for an SAP CPI/ABAP Developer to take ownership of integrations across the programme. This is a hands-on role, working across multiple systems and stakeholders, helping connect S/4 to the wider landscape.The roleDesign, build and support integrations using SAP CPI (BTP Integration Suite)Design, develop, and implement advanced technical solutions using ABAP, ABAP OO, Web Services, APIs,Work closely with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, EWM etc.) to understand integration requirementsDeliver integrations across S/4HANA and third-party systemsSupport workshops, technical design, testing and deploymentTroubleshoot and optimise existing interfacesWhat we’re looking forStrong experience working with SAP CPI / Integration SuiteProven experience on S/4HANA programmesExperience with SAP FIORI, OData, XML transformations, Adobe forms, and API development.Key areas of experience:Building and managing iFlowsAPI integrations (REST, SOAP)IDocs, OData, and Web ServicesError handling and monitoringIntegration experience with:SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI etc.)Third-party systems (e.g. logistics, procurement, finance tools)Cloud and on-premise landscapesNice to haveExperience with SAP BTP more broadlyEvent-driven architecture / APIsIntegration with EWM, TM or external 3PL systemsKnowledge of middleware tools outside SAPAdditional experienceStrong stakeholder communicationAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsComfortable working in a fast-paced project environmentWhy consider this opportunityEnd-to-end S/4HANA programme, not BAUOpportunity to own the integration landscapeBacked by a well-funded, growing businessRemote role with travel when required for key phasesIf you enjoy solving integration challenges and want to be part of a global S/4 rollout where you can make a real impact, this is worth a conversation.
