As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.Role: SAP Digital Transformation Project ManagerJob Location: DubaiContract: 12 months extendableNotice: 30 days maxNationality: GCC and European nationals only.We are looking for an experienced SAP Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation and digital transformation initiatives for a leading organization in the Dubai.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in SAP implementation project delivery, business process transformation, stakeholder management, and technology-led business improvement. Experience in real estate, property management, or other asset-intensive industries will be an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP functional and technical consultants, system integrators, and external implementation partners.Drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.Align SAP transformation initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements.Identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, and improved operational efficiency.Support the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and reporting capabilities where applicable.Manage project risks, issues, change requests, dependencies, and vendor deliverables.Lead stakeholder communications, steering committee meetings, project governance, and executive reporting.Drive change management, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor project KPIs and benefits realization to ensure measurable business outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of overall experience in IT project management, ERP implementation, or digital transformation.Proven experience leading at least one major SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or enterprise rollout.Strong understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.Experience managing project budgets, delivery teams, implementation partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, and business process optimization.Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, enterprise system integrations, workflow automation, or analytics.Experience in real estate, property management, facilities management, construction, or other asset-intensive industries.Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects in the GCC.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
