SAP Engineer

**Onsite location in Columbus, OH**A little about this gig:Agility Partners is seeking a qualified SAP Sr Engineer to fill an open position with one of our regulated utility and energy services clients. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical and functional delivery of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and BTP capabilities within a large-scale customer services transformation. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with vendors, and drive high-impact integration and modernization efforts. This position offers visibility across the entire Meter-to-Cash value chain and the chance to influence enterprise-wide SAP strategy.Responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes, including S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service CloudOverseeing design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications in collaboration with internal teams and third-party partnersManaging SAP RICEFW development and ensuring full traceability to program requirementsDriving testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and maintaining documentation via Jira and qTestThe ideal candidate:Required:7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience including design, configuration, development, and integrationProven leadership experience delivering SAP implementations within complex, multi-vendor enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and related SAP modulesExperience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, REST APIs, and middleware integration patternsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tools for SAPDeep understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance frameworksPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fieldSAP certifications (Associate, Professional, Solution Architect, etc.)Experience in utility or energy industry transformation initiativesKnowledge of integrating non-SAP platforms with SAP (MuleSoft, IAM tools, API frameworks)Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data CloudExposure to AI-enhanced SAP tools (e.g., AI-based automation)Understanding of utility regulatory requirements and customer data privacyExperience in enterprise data migration and master data management**Onsite location in Columbus, OH**
