By fostering a deeply personal relationship with our clients, we want to improve the lives of people and organizations.We’re looking to hire a SAP Enterprise Application Lead to join our Team in digital transformation projects.Project Scope:Senior functional owner of the SAP Cloud ERP landscape for a 3,000-person industrial group operating in 13 countries (automotive and household appliance components).Core of the job: governance, roadmap and adoption of SAP Cloud ERP — not configuration or development. The person owns one or more business streams, leads solution design reviews, coordinates external partners, drives change management, and reports into the Head of Enterprise Applications.Mandatory Skills:10+ years hands-on SAP, including full implementation, migration and upgrade programmesReal SAP Cloud ERP / S/4HANA Cloud exposure (not just on-premise ECC)Deep expertise in at least one stream: Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Lead to Cash, Supply Chain, People & Organisation, or cross-application integrationTrack record leading cross-functional workstreams across multiple countries and external vendorsChange management and user adoption experienceProfessional EnglishBachelor's or Master'sNice to Have:French or ItalianSAP Activate / S/4HANA Cloud certifications, PMP or PRINCE2, exposure to non-SAP enterprise applications, manufacturing sector background
