SAP EWM Consultant – L3 / L4Locations: India | Dubai, UAE | Dammam, KSAEmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractDepartment: SAP Consulting / Enterprise ApplicationsCompensationIndia – L3₹16–18 LPAIndian salary plus allowanceUAE / KSA – L3AED 18,000–20,000UAE / KSA – L4AED 20,000–22,000About the RoleWe are looking for experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultants to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment – Sales, Rental & Service sector.The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing SAP EWM solutions covering warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, spare parts handling and warehouse automation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.Configure warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, work centers and warehouse process types.Configure putaway, picking, replenishment, inbound and outbound logistics.Manage internal warehouse movements and physical inventory processes.Configure Handling Unit (HU), batch and serial number management.Implement cross-docking and Value-Added Services (VAS).Design warehouse processes supporting equipment manufacturing, project deliveries, spare parts distribution, rental equipment logistics and after-sales service.Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, TM, PM, PP and QM.Support RF Framework, SAP Fiori, warehouse automation, barcode/RFID integration, APIs, IDocs, SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments, reports, interfaces and forms.Support data migration, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and post-go-live production support.Conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.Ensure solutions align with SAP Best Practices, warehouse governance and operational efficiency objectives.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.6–8 years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM.Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects.Strong expertise in:SAP Extended Warehouse ManagementWarehouse Structure & Storage TypesInbound & Outbound ProcessingPutaway & Picking StrategiesInternal Warehouse MovementsPhysical InventoryBatch & Serial Number ManagementHandling Unit (HU) ManagementWarehouse Monitoring & Labor ManagementCross-Docking & Value-Added ServicesStrong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, TM, PM, PP, QM and SAP S/4HANA.Good understanding of RF Framework, SAP Fiori, warehouse automation, barcode/RFID, APIs, IDocs, SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work onsite at the applicable client location.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Power Generation Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering Services or Utilities.SAP S/4HANA EWM certification.Experience with warehouse operations, spare parts management, equipment storage, inventory optimization and logistics execution.Why Join?Opportunity to work on a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation.Exposure to complex warehouse and supply-chain transformation.Opportunity to work with warehouse automation and modern SAP integration technologies.Experience across equipment manufacturing, rental, spare parts and after-sales service operations.Apply NowIf you have strong hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience and meet the requirements for the relevant location and level, we would like to hear from you.Open Positions:🇮🇳 L3 – India | ₹16–18 LPA + Allowance🇦🇪🇸🇦 L3 – UAE/KSA | AED 18,000–20,000🇦🇪🇸🇦 L4 – UAE/KSA | AED 20,000–22,000
