Joining the company means contributing to impactful technology initiatives and exploring new horizons in the digital and staffing landscape.Role Description :The SAP EWM/MM Consultant will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management (MM) modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and configuring SAP solutions to improve warehouse operations, inventory management, and procurement workflows. The consultant will coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare functional specifications, support integrations with other SAP modules, and participate in testing and user training. The role also involves monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, providing ongoing production support, and recommending process improvements aligned with industry best practices. The consultant will be expected to document solutions clearly, communicate with stakeholders effectively, and contribute to successful project implementations and rollouts.Qualifications:Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and support, including warehouse structure, inbound and outbound processes, and inventory management.Hands-on experience with SAP MM, covering purchasing, goods receipt, inventory, and master data management.Ability to analyze business requirements, design end-to-end process flows, and prepare functional specifications for development and integration.Experience with testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and documentation of test scenarios and results.Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations, with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience in incident resolution and production support.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience as an SAP EWM/MM Consultant or in a similar SAP functional role; experience with on-site client engagements is an advantage.Professional SAP certifications in EWM or MM and experience in international or multicultural environments are beneficial.💼 Experience: 9+ Years💰 Budget: Up to ₹35 LPA⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only🏠 Accommodation: Provided by the Company
