SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANALocation: UAEExperience: 6–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeCandidate Preference: UAE-based / Local CandidatesImplementation Experience: Minimum 1 End-to-End Greenfield S/4HANA ImplementationJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6–8 years of SAP experience to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and must have successfully participated in at least one complete end-to-end Greenfield S/4HANA implementation.The consultant will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and the project team across the full implementation lifecycle, from business requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and manage SAP FICO activities across the complete S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Perform SAP Finance configuration covering:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank AccountingTax configurationFinancial ClosingControlling (CO)Cost Center AccountingProfit Center AccountingInternal OrdersProfitability Analysis (CO-PA)Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).Configure and support integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP and PS.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.Lead or participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.Support data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation of financial master and transactional data.Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.Support cutover, data validation, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.Work with business users and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide effective SAP Finance solutions.Ensure solutions comply with business processes, internal controls, and applicable UAE financial/tax requirements.Mandatory Requirements6–8 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.Minimum one complete end-to-end Greenfield S/4HANA implementation is mandatory.Experience across requirements gathering, blueprint/design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.Strong configuration experience in both FI and CO.Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP and other SAP modules.Experience with S/4HANA Finance concepts such as Universal Journal, Business Partner, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage.UAE/GCC implementation experience is preferred.Experience with UAE VAT and local financial requirements will be an added advantage.Exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and embedded analytics is desirable.What We Are Looking ForWe are specifically seeking candidates who have real project implementation experience, rather than candidates with only SAP support experience.
