Job Role: SAP FICO consultantJob Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, PuneWork Mode: (Hybrid)Experience: 10+ YearsRole SummaryWe are looking for experienced SAP FICO consultants with 10+ years of expertise to lead module-specific activities, deliver complex solutions, and mentor junior team members in implementation and support engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP FICO. Architect and design scalable SAP FICO solutions for enterprise clients. Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PC, CO-PA, etc.).Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, Concur) and external systems.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing.Provide quality assurance for FICO configuration, developments, and changes.Manage incident and change requests with SLAs and ITIL-based processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Controlling stakeholders.Support financial audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, GAAP/IFRS).Led client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution architecture design End to End configuration experience on E Invoice solutions for different countriesHandle end to end configuration and resolution of issues on SAP Bank Communication ManagementGood working experience on SAP to Concur Integration and resolution of issuesTechnical SkillsSAP consulting experience with strong specialization in SAP FICO.Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.Strong knowledge of SAP FI, SD, MM, and tax procedures.Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.Knowledge of IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, and middleware technologies.Good-to-HaveSAP certification in SAP FICOSoft Skills & BehaviorClear written communicationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsEagerness to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative team-player attitudeEducationAny bachelor’s degree or Specialization in business management, Commerce & Computer Applications.
