With an international presence, the organisation focuses on quality, innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service.🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Identify business process improvement opportunities.Map business processes and translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities.Identify and resolve business/system issues.Define and execute test cases.Prepare training documentation and conduct user training.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams.Support SAP deployments and provide post-go-live/hypercare support.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.✈️ TravelInitial 2-week onsite visit to Sanand.Potential 4–6 week visit to the USA for SAP configuration and knowledge transfer.Occasional international travel for training, localization, go-live, and hypercare support.📩 Interested?If you have strong experience in SAP FICO, Business Analysis, and SAP S/4HANA, apply now or share your profile at:📧 akshata.gajbhiye@mantras2success.comBest Regards,Akshata GajbhiyeHR ExecutiveMantras2Success HR Solutions LLP Linkedin
