The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, along with proven experience in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.This role requires a combination of strong SAP FICO functional expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO Functional LeadershipLead SAP FICO workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and AMS projects.Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance and Controlling solutions aligned with business needs.Recommend industry best practices for finance transformation initiatives.SAP S/4HANA Finance DeliveryDrive SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and system conversion programs.Work extensively on:Universal JournalBusiness Partner IntegrationAsset AccountingCredit ManagementFinancial Closing ProcessesSupport data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, integrations, and data migration requirements.Stakeholder ManagementEngage directly with business users, finance leaders, process owners, and project stakeholders.Conduct solution demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.Manage project risks, issues, and escalations proactively.Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.Team LeadershipLead and mentor SAP FICO consultants and solution teams.Support resource planning, utilization, and performance management.Drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous process improvements within the team.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.Strong expertise in:Financial Accounting (FI)General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Cost Center AccountingProfit Center AccountingInternal OrdersProduct CostingCOPA (Profitability Analysis)Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations.Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and SuccessFactors.Experience leading SAP implementation teams and managing client stakeholders.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsSAP Central FinanceFSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)Group ReportingTreasury & Risk ManagementRevenue Recognition (RAR)SAP Fiori for FinanceRISE with SAPSAP Cloud SolutionsSAP Certification in FICO and/or SAP S/4HANA FinanceEducational QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.MBA, CA, ICWA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
