SAP Functional & Technical Consultant (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for experienced SAP Functional & Technical Consultants to support SAP implementation, transformation, integration, enhancement, and support initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba.The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners to understand business requirements, design SAP solutions, deliver enhancements, and ensure reliable integration and ongoing system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business and process requirements.Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.Collaborate with business users and process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement.Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP Ariba solutions as applicable to the role.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of relevant SAP experience, depending on the position and specialization.Strong experience in one or more SAP areas such as:SAP S/4HANARISE with SAPSAP SuccessFactorsSAP AribaSAP integrations and SAP BTPStrong understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end integration.Experience working in SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, or support environments.Good understanding of SAP configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting.Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a project environment.Technical SkillsDepending on the specialization, experience with relevant SAP technologies and tools such as SAP BTP, APIs, integration technologies, Fiori/UI5, ABAP, SAP Cloud Integration, middleware, data migration tools, and SAP analytics will be an advantage.Preferred CertificationsSAP S/4HANA certificationSAP RISE / Cloud-related certificationSAP SuccessFactors certificationSAP Ariba certificationRelevant SAP BTP or integration certification
