SAP HC/SuccessFactors Consultant

Role SummarySeeking an experienced SAP HC/SuccessFactors Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes using SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role will work closely with HR stakeholders to streamline workforce management, talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies and best practices.Key Responsibilities• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state HR processes.• Support implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across HR functions.• Configure and optimize employee lifecycle, organizational management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management processes.• Ensure integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.• Support data migration, data validation, and system deployment activities.• Develop user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.Required Skills• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central• Human Capital Management (HCM)• Organizational Management• Recruitment & Onboarding• Performance & Goal Management• Talent Management• Learning Management• Workforce Administration• HR Business Process Design• Functional Configuration• Requirements Gathering & Analysis• Stakeholder Management• Testing & Deployment Support• HR Digital TransformationPreferred Skills• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central• Recruitment Management• Onboarding 2.0• Performance & Goals• Succession & Development• Learning Management System (LMS)• Compensation Management• Workforce Analytics• SAP Integration Center• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)• HR Reporting & AnalyticsExperience Required• 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.• Strong understanding of core HR and talent management processes.• Experience in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.• Experience working with global HR teams and business stakeholders.Educational Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
