Requirements

Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experienceExperience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or ECPIdeally 5+ years within SAP PayrollStrong understanding of end-to-end payroll processesExperience supporting large, complex employee populationsStrong payroll configuration and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll controlsExperience with EC/ECP integration and replicationAble to understand customer issues and resolve them quicklySaudi payroll experience is highly desirable
