SAP IAM Consultant

Alexander Ash are currently looking for an experienced SAP IAM / Security Consultant for a contract opportunity, supporting a large-scale SAP transformation, on behalf of our client.We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across SAP role & authorisation design, IAM, access governance and SoD, ideally within complex enterprise SAP landscapes.Key experience required:SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR & BTPSAP IAG, IAS & IPSIAM integration across SAP and non-SAP systemsJoiner/Mover/Leaver processes and identity lifecycle automationJoule for IAGEnterprise role design, remediation, rationalisation and governanceSoD rulesets, risk analysis, remediation & mitigationAccess certification, Firefighter/PAM and audit requirementsStrong Excel and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detailStrong documentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SAP RISE, hybrid SAP landscapes, retail and large-scale SAP transformation programmes would be highly desirable.This role would suit someone who can work independently, challenge data and assumptions, manage multiple workstreams and translate complex IAM concepts into clear business language.This is a contract role based out of Dubai.
