RAK Ceramics is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced SME – SAP IBP to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions across our manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive planning transformation initiatives, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.The successful candidate will act as a key business partner, engaging with senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs, while coordinating implementation partners and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP IBP solutions across the organization.What You Will Be DoingLead SAP IBP solution design and implementation aligned with business requirements and planning transformation objectivesFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive implementation and enhancement of SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply Planning, and S&OP processesConfigure and optimize planning areas, key figures, planning levels, master data, alerts, and workflowsDevelop planning dashboards, analytics, planning books, and Excel Add-In solutions to support business decision-makingSupport testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare activities, and user adoption initiativesCollaborate with implementation vendors and external partners to ensure successful project deliveryRecommend process improvements and best practices to enhance planning accuracy, inventory performance, and supply chain efficiencyEnsure seamless integration between SAP IBP and related SAP platforms, including S/4HANA and ECCWhat We Are Looking ForSome of the key competencies required for the role include:FunctionalStrong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply Planning, and S&OPHands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projectsSolid understanding of manufacturing planning processes, including Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Demand ForecastingExperience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and Analytics solutionsStrong stakeholder management and business consulting capabilitiesProject management experience and vendor management exposure are highly desirableBehaviouralExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetCollaborative approach with the ability to work across business and technical teamsProactive, customer-focused, and solution-orientedAbility to influence change and drive user adoption within a transformation environmentOur Ideal MatchBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or a related discipline10+ years of SAP and Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5–6+ years of SAP IBP experienceMinimum 5 years of experience within manufacturing or FMCG environmentsExperience across both consulting and in-house/corporate environments is preferredParticipation in at least 3–5 SAP IBP implementation projectsStrong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP)SAP IBP certification will be considered an advantageWillingness to be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with occasional business travel as requiredRAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status.
