SAP Implementation Consultant/Lead (KUL)

The opportunityYou will be working on projects that are cross borders and sectors with a high performing team, by either supporting or implementing SAP solutions for our clients. You will also be provided with extensive learning opportunities through our leading-edge global SAP learning academy, Bootcamps, EY Badges and SAP certifications.Your key responsibilitiesPerforming end to end implementation for SAP modules (SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM)Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirementsPrepare and conduct blueprint workshopDocument, resolve and escalate issuesPerform data migration tasksDevelop Functional Specifications for FRICEW developmentDevelop authorization design and matrix with business process ownerDefine test scenarios, test scripts & conduct UATResponsible for Key User TrainingConduct final system cutover and data migrationProvide post implementation supportSkills and attributes for successStrong end to end implementation skillsProven experience in one or more SAP modules including SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM, with responsibilities ranging from hands-on delivery and solution configuration to project leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation program deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate othersAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsDedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressureFoster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environmentTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s degree in related discipline.Minimum 5 to 15 years of SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation experience, depending on level and specializationFor Manager and Senior Manager candidates, demonstrated experience leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and overseeing workstream or program deliveryMinimum two full lifecycle implementationWillingness to travel for project assignmentsIdeally, you’ll also havePrior consulting experience and backgroundSAP CertificationWhat we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
