SAP IS-Automotive / Proaxia VSS Functional ConsultantLocation: India / UAEEngagement: Offshore and Onsite OpportunitiesEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleVentureSoft is looking for an experienced SAP IS-Automotive / Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant to join our growing SAP Automotive practice.This is an exciting opportunity for SAP professionals with hands-on experience in automotive business processes, including Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Warranty, Parts and Dealer Management. The successful candidate will work on complex automotive transformation, implementation, enhancement and support engagements across offshore and onsite teams.We are looking for someone who can combine strong functional SAP expertise with a deep understanding of automotive business processes and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business requirements from automotive business stakeholders.Design and configure SAP IS-Automotive and/or Proaxia VSS solutions based on business requirements.Support processes related to Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Warranty, Parts and Dealer Management.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for developments and enhancements.Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement and production support projects.Analyse and resolve functional issues and provide timely support to business users.Support system integration between SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.Participate in SIT, UAT, defect management and production readiness activities.Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders and external partners.Support documentation, knowledge transfer and continuous process improvement initiatives.Required Skills and ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Automotive and/or Proaxia VSS.Experience with Vehicle Sales System (VSS) / Proaxia 5.Good understanding of automotive business processes.Experience in one or more of the following areas:Vehicle SalesAftersalesWarranty ManagementParts ManagementDealer ManagementExperience in SAP implementation, configuration, enhancements and production support.Strong experience in business requirement gathering and functional solution design.Ability to create clear and detailed functional specifications.Experience coordinating with ABAP developers and technical teams.Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution and deployment activities.Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments and integrations.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with offshore and onsite teams.Preferred / Additional ExperienceExperience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:SAP Production PlanningJIT/JIS Processes and SignalsEWM and External Provider IntegrationSAP Transportation ManagementShop-floor Automation and Line FeedingVehicle Launch and Serial Production ReadinessMass Production SupportGreenfield EV ImplementationsPLM, SAP and MES IntegrationsAutomotive manufacturing and digital transformation projectsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on challenging SAP Automotive transformation projects.Exposure to global customers and complex automotive business environments.Opportunities for both offshore and onsite engagements, including India and UAE.Collaboration with experienced SAP, automotive and technology professionals.Opportunity to work on next-generation automotive initiatives, including EV and smart manufacturing ecosystems.A collaborative and agile work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Ideal CandidateYou are a strong SAP functional professional with hands-on SAP IS-Automotive or Proaxia VSS experience and a solid understanding of automotive business processes.
